I’ve been seeing Dr Alaiti for about 8 years and have always had great results with very professional service and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alaiti for around 15 years. I have always found Sam to be a very caring, thoughtful and compassionate physician. Dr. Alaiti is very thorough in his examinations, never rushed regardless of his schedule. He is aggressive with his treatment, never cutting corners and when in doubt about a suspicious spot, he will biopsy and wait for a pathology confirmation to treat or ignore. Dr. Alaiti conducts Mohs surgery in his office and that is a HUGE plus for patients. A spot is removed, processed in his office by a Mohs technician and Dr. Alaiti personally reviews the results in the office while the patient waits (about 20 min per tissue/cancer removal) to determine if all lateral and horizontal margins are clear of cancer cells. In my experience, Dr. Alaiti has removed all of the skin cancer 98% on his first surgical excision. Once the site is cleared, Dr. Alaiti has a plastic surgeon, on site, “close” the surgical site to reduce or eliminate scarring. I have had approximately 25+ Mohs procedures by Dr. Alaiti and have never had any incident of infections or complications. Sam’s bedside manner is very relaxed, cordial and informative. He has always answered every question I have asked and always listens to my concerns. All of my medical procedures are covered by California Workman’s Compensation. Since my retirement, I have moved out of state. Dr. Alaiti has graciously accommodated all of my tri-annual treatments to be a one-stop event, full body examinations, biopsy and Mohs surgery (if needed) all completed in one day. His office staff and medical assistants are absolutely the best. From the moment I arrive in the morning until I leave in the late afternoon, they accommodate my needs and facilitate my treatment. They are always ready for my late morning appointment schedules. Shortly after I arrive, I am taken to a treatment room and moments later, Dr. Alaiti arrives and begins his examination and biopsies, if needed. Afterwards I am released for lunch and return for a scheduled Mohs procedure. Immediately afterwards, I am provided detailed post surgical instructions and released. I have never been stuck waiting for excessive periods of time in a waiting room or lobby. Of particular mention is Jackie, the receptionist and scheduler. Living out of state can present a scheduling nightmare because of the special accommodation Dr. Alaiti provides me. Jackie always finds a suitable scheduling slot for late morning examinations and early afternoon surgery. Nothing less than a pleasant attitude and offer to assist. There has been times when I have asked for or at times, Dr. Alaiti’s has required, a re-schedule of an existing appointment. Jackie has never been anything less than helpful and accommodating. She has handled all of my prescription needs and refills efficiently and correctly. I appreciate all she does. So many times, the front office staff is overlooked and not recognized for their work and sometimes, it is “just the little things” they do to make things work. Thank you, Jackie for all you do. And Thank You to all of the medical professionals on Dr. Alaiti’s staff, you guys are also appreciated for you cheerfulness and the work you do. And finally, Thank You to Dr. Samer Alaiti for all of these years of successful skin cancer treatment, I will always be grateful for your medical treatment and care for my wellbeing. I’ve been coming here for a couple years,, Dr. Alati is one of the best doctors I’ve ever dealt with that’s why I drive over an hour and a half to come see him. He listens to your concerns and addresses them. His staff are very helpful and kind, I would recommend this place to anyone!
